I’ve received 10 pearls, all scratched and with indentations and 3 of them with wrongly glued bails, not usable for anything. Contacted seller for the free return and the refund with 5 pictures, one of the package as they asked and the rest of beads. They did not accept it. Contacted help and they sent me the link for the appeal which was not possible to open and use , tried three times.

I used to buy from this seller but this is the last time, lost 10.00 gbp on this order.
